For hygiene and customization reasons, returns are not accepted

Returns of any product may only be made if the product shipped is different from the purchased product or is defective in some way. Returns must be made within a maximum of three (3) days from the delivery date. During this period, if the product is defective, please notify our customer service department and request an exchange.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns due to withdrawal, because you changed your mind about the purchase, because you didn't like the color, or because the cap size doesn't fit.
To be sure of the cap size, you should measure your head and refer to our "cap sizing" page.

We strongly recommend measuring your head before ordering and contacting us if you have any questions. We're happy to help!

To exchange a product, the following conditions must be met:

- The product must be sent in its original packaging, with no signs of use, without cutting the lace, without breaking the original seal, accompanied by all accessories, labels and original packaging.

When your wig arrives, please be careful when fitting it, and do not cut the lace if it was shipped incorrectly or defective. We will ask you to send a photo of the lace to verify its condition before processing the return.

Cancellations can only be made before they are sent; once processed, they cannot be cancelled or modified.

Once the order has been executed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

All instructions will be provided by the customer service department.
